Without a doubt our ancestors and founding fathers brought the culture of enjoying a glass of wine with their meals from Europe. America had this culture for decades, even though they did not know about the 13 minerals and antioxidants beneficial to our health!!! But when the US enacted prohibition this culture was wiped out for almost two generations!!
