First of all my journey to explore and educate myself about “true fine wines” started just last year. Especially to receive a spectacular wine such as The Gloaming cabernet sauvignon 2014!!! As I explained on another page I had always loved “asti” and other sparkling wines. But I really did not understand the years it takes to master the art of creating a true fine wine.
